Glass Decor operates ten automated lines supplied by FERMAC (Italy) for silk screen printing and printing with UV‑paints containing silver, gold or platinum.
Thanks to the high temperature process, silk screen printing is highly resistant to mechanical or chemical impacts, such as scratches or solvents — as the paint and the glass cake together, the image embeds into it, thus becoming immune to any effects.
The process involves European consumables.

SILK SCREEN PRINTING BY GLASS DECOR
The one of a kind unit, tailor made for Glass Decor based on custom specifications by the screen process equipment market leader, FERMAC (Italy), this unique device ensures premium quality of silk screen printing:
high performance of up to 70 bottles per minute to decorate sizeable volumes of shaped bottles;
fully automated process to apply up to nine colours with thermal lacquers, or up to five colours with UV‑paints;
precise colour alignment thanks to the electronic bottle positioning system that requires no bottom aligner.
Any product in a decorated glass bottle appears refined and nice to the touch. As opposed to paper labels, glass decoration is hard and cost‑prohibitive to counterfeit
COMPLEX GEOMETRY PRINTING
Texts or images can be directly silk screen printed on glass bottles of any shape, covering its surface all round. Any kinds of surfaces, including oval, flat, cone or square shaped, as well as the edges of a square bottle, can be printed.
