TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW
Vacuum metallization creates a thin foil surface reproducing mirror effect on a bottle.
Ideal mirror layer imposes severe requirements on the surface quality: the bottles have to be thoroughly rinsed, dried, and free of any grease to ensure consistent coating.
The metallization process takes place in a vacuum chamber where the bottle is coated with no more than 0.15 um film being exposed to the electromagnetic field, and subsequently coated with a special protective varnish.
