DEVELOPMENT
A new customer project starts with a brief for designers, incorporated into special templates that are tailored to each specific project type.
Assisted by a dedicated manager, the customer fills out the brief, while technical experts consult him at certain stages as necessary.
MANUFACTURING
The glass factory in Krasny Oktyabr is capable of producing more than 120 million clear glass bottles of complex shapes annually, including the thick bottomed units, with capacity ranging from 0.05 to 3 liters. The factory is equipped with four state-of-the-art glass-forming lines by Bottero (Italy).
Automated process control system monitors the furnace and controls the operation of glass-making furnace equipment and mixing room, immediately notifying of any failure or deficiency. High quality of the products makes them an ideal fit for decoration.
DECORATION
Glass Decor offers the entire range of innovative and traditional technologies, starting from plain silk screen printing to laser engraving over metallized surfaces, which is a unique offer in the Russian market. Our factories are perfectly placed to implement the most creative ideas of our customers.
Decoration plant in Orekhovo-Zuevo is our flagship manufacturing facility, while the acquisition of a decoration plant in Skopin in 2017 significantly contributed to the expansion of decoration capacities. Currently Glass Decor group operates two decoration plants.

Packaging production, Glass Decor Pack, was established to support the uninterrupted operation of Glass Decor group’s facilities and specialized on making advanced packaging materials, such as various makes of corrugated cardboard sheets, corrugated packaging, and shrink wrap. High product quality is maintained to meet strict requirements for glass packaging and storage.
But the quality depends not only on the production technology but on storage conditions too. Heated warehouses in Orekhovo-Zuevo occupy 16,000 square meters and maintain high quality of the finished products, shipping it in batches according to the agreed schedules.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Glass products are fragile, and as such impose special handling requirements in regards to high precision and diligence. In consideration of these specifics, all Glass Decor Logistic’s vehicles are upgraded for the transportation of glass packaging.
